BritStream 7-Day Refund Policy
A refund may be requested within seven days when a reported technical problem cannot be resolved by BritStream support.
Last updated: 21 October 2026
Report the problem, complete reasonable troubleshooting with support and request a refund if the issue remains unresolved.
When a Refund Can Be Requested
You may request a refund within seven calendar days of the initial paid activation when all of the following apply:
- A technical problem prevents the subscription from working as reasonably expected on the device agreed during setup.
- You contact BritStream support within the seven-day period and clearly describe the problem.
- You provide reasonable device, application and connection information and allow support a fair opportunity to troubleshoot.
- BritStream support is unable to resolve the reported problem.
Situations Not Covered by This Policy
This policy does not normally cover a change of mind after a successful test, use on an unsupported or different device, exceeding the purchased device limit, refusal to complete reasonable troubleshooting, misuse, credential sharing, or faults caused solely by a customer’s device, application, internet connection or third-party network.
How to Request a Refund
Contact BritStream by email or WhatsApp. Include your name, the email used for the order, request or payment reference, activation date, device type and a concise description of the unresolved issue.
Review and Payment
We will review the request and support history. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed. They are processed without undue delay and normally within 14 days after approval. No refund-processing fee is charged.
Statutory Rights
This policy provides BritStream’s stated seven-day process and does not limit consumer rights that apply by law.
